We’ve been a part of the journey and worked alongside Geary’s from day one of supplying individual mixers to what is now a great partnership, centred around embracing cutting edge technology, whilst staying routed in age-old methods and achieving the very essence of authenticity in baking at the mixing and fermentation stage.
As Geary’s have expanded into new sites and remained focused on the future we’ve supported them to take initial ideals towards a reality. In our most recent installation we’ve supplied four 300 litre Industrial spiral mixers , 300 litre bowl tippers, transfer conveyor systems and the newly commissioned system is now operating producing the flagship ‘Jason’s Sourdough’ product range which features is over 4000 stores nationwide.
The system which has been designed and configured to meet the needs of this business is from an Industrial mixing range that offers solutions across Spiral, Twin Arm, Double Helix methods and through tipping, chunking and transfer processes.
