Brook Food agree distribution of Tom Chandley Pico Ovens for micro bakeries from their global office

Micro bakeries were popping up everywhere, but the pandemic has seen this trend build and build into whole new sector, and the compact, stone soled, oven market is busy.

Tom Chandley launched a small oven in 2020 to aid this section of the industry, the Pico, and it’s with great pleasure we are announcing our distribution arrangement for our global offices based in Australia and the US.

The arrangements allows us at Brook Food to exclusively supply these ovens to customers based in, North America, Canada and the Asia Pacific regions of Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

The new Pico Ovens have several features including;

Easy clean double glazed door to monitor the baking process
Stackable, so production can increase with your business - stands are available for single, double & triple stacked ovens 850mm, 595mm & 450mm high
Stone Sole for traditional products and provides an even bake – no need to turn or move products during the bake cycle
Fully adjustable steam vent
Independent top and bottom temperature for balanced baking
Steam built in as standard
Single phase power supply

 

With two different sizes, the Compacta Pico and Compacta Pico Plus, this mini modular Deck Oven is ideal for new start up micro bakeries and home bakers that are moving from domestic ovens to the next level. This versatile oven will bake all products, from Sourdough loaves to cakes and scones also making it ideal for cafes and restaurants.

The Compacta Pico has a baking surface of 18” x 15” and the Pico Plus a surface of 30” x 18”.
