We offer Polin and Canol sheeters for production facilities looking to sheet a wide range of pastries and doughs.  Both manufacturers make units suitable for shortpaste/shortbread type products as well as other non-laminated pastry, biscuit doughs, pizza dough and bread products such as flatbreads and thins.

The Polin model extrudes through a template whereas the Canol uses a traditional scraper on the bottom roller mechanism.
