We can offer various delivery options to suit your installation needs, working with you to agree timescales and ensure site restrictions are taken into account.

Courier Service

This is a quick kerbside delivery for smaller items, often the preferred option for same day dispatch items.

What we do
  • Offer this option for certain equipment within a certain size restriction
  • Securely crate products on to a pallet and deliver kerbside via a nationwide courier service
  • Use nationwide pallet network allowing access to most areas in the UK
  • Offer tail-lift unload to assist where the site has no means to unload

What you do
  • Ensure the equipment you are ordering will fit through your doorway(s) & passageways 
  • Make sure you have help ready to bring any products into the building, as your item will be delivered kerbside only
  • Unpack and uncrate yourself, disposing of all packing materials
  • Plug in (if appropriate) or organise for an electrician to connect your equipment to your prepared supply
  • Ensure you can accept delivery between 9am-5pm

Specialist Fleet Service

Delivery can be offered by our very own fleet of specialist vehicles, of various sizes to suit different roads and access points and equipped with cranes, tail lifts etc.

Ideally suited to multiple machines and large machines that are difficult to manouvere manually by pallet truck, as well as oversized and awkwardly shaped machines or sites with difficult access. This service allows delivery directly into the building through doors and openings, loading bays, windows, into basements, upstairs etc.

  • Deliver your products using the most suitable vehicle and lifting equipment, including cranes and stair-climbers
  • Use vehicles with equipment suitable for your site and access
  • Bring machinery into the premises and put into place
  • When access is too restricted, we are sometimes able to dismantle equipment prior to installation. Please discuss this need at the time of your order
  • Dispose of any packaging

  • Make sure there is someone at your premises to allow us access
  • Ensure you have provided us with all the relevant site information we need to access the building
  • Ensure you have read the terms and conditions and installation guides sent to you 
  • Be ready to plug in (if appropriate), or organise for an electrician to connect your equipment to your prepared supply
  • Reach out to our Installation Services team if you’d like our help, we can send an engineer to fit equipment if needed

Collection Service

We also offer a collection service, where our team can load your equipment onto a vehicle sent via a courier service you have arranged. The team will discuss the best options with you when you purchase, to ensure the right vehicle is booked..

Our experienced engineers can connect and commission your new equipment at the same time, or after delivery

  • When access is too restricted, we are sometimes able to dismantle equipment prior to installation, which should be discussed and agreed at the time of your order
  • Before we leave, we'll make sure your equipment is tested and working
  • Commission the product and provide any advice for your team as required
