The Baker of 2025 has been crowned

We are thrilled to announce that the Baker of the Year 2025 has been crowned!

Last week, we attended the annual British Baking Industry Awards, where we were proud to continue our long-standing sponsorship of the Baker of the Year category.

Our 2025 winner is the incredibly talented Tona Erreguin of Imma The Bakery. Tona stood out from this year's impressive contenders with products that truly wowed the judges and a philosophy that clearly shines through in her work.

Tona's amazing and enviable drive to create authentic products was evident, and the exceptional taste and flavour across her entire range profoundly impressed our judging panel. This comprehensive excellence continued to shine through in her innovation and product development. She demonstrates a keen attention to detail in every respect, especially when responding to customer demand and feedback.

Tona has built up a commendable set of skills and experience. Her products were not only very interesting in terms of flavours—many of which were inspired by a personal story—but also very well executed.

She is a very well-deserving winner, and we are incredibly proud to have her represent this prestigious award.
