Brook boosts Equipment Salesforce with industry devotee

We are delighted to share that our sales team has extended, with a new bakery specialist to help support customers throughout the industry with their equipment and production requirements. 

Joining the Brook team this week, Ross Burgess is enthusiastic and passionate about baking and improving processes, having previously worked within ingredients supply. Training as a baker back in 2012, Ross has been in the baking industry for 13 years, developing great knowledge and experience along with some great connections throughout the industry, and is eager to develop further within his new role.
