The Williams range has been developed to cover the key functions required from a refrigeration range in a modern bakery production set up, both cabinets and modular equipment, covering refrigerators, freezers, retarders, provers and retarder provers.

We asked Andy what is special about Williams bakery refrigeration.
“We have supplied craft and in-store bakers with an extensive range of dedicated equipment for many years, including cabinet and modular refrigerators, freezers, retarders, provers and retarder provers.

That’s why all our bakery equipment is expertly constructed in our UK factory with a tough, robust, foodsafe stainless steel exterior with modular units also featuring exterior bumper bars. Engineered from the ground up they are designed to stand up to the rigours of everyday use and built to last.” Andy says.
 
“Our products are also designed with heavy-duty, non-marking castors, while our upright bakery cabinets fit easily through a standard doorway. Self-closing lockable doors, anti-tip trayslides and removable racking are other key features, as well as maintaining precise control through our innovative DoughMaster controller, which features adjustable operating temperatures, humidity controls and intelligent steam generation.”
