Depositor Demo Day for The Scottish Bakers

Book Food Processing are really pleased to be holding a depositor demonstration day with the Scottish Bakers Association and Bako Northern and Scotland. Some of the team from Brook Food will be heading up to Scotland to provide demonstrations of the Polin Multidrop Depositor. Multihead depositors offer huge versatility, being able to create many hundreds of products on the one machine. Any product traditionally put through a piping bag can be put through the depositor. Scottish Bakers are invited to attend this FREE event. There will be Product Presentations, Ingredients advice and also Refreshments included on the day which will run on Tuesday 1st March from 2pm – 5pm and also on Wednesday 2nd March 10am – 1pm at Scottish Bakers HQ, Halbeath, KY11 8RY.
