We Did It!!!

Wow what a really exciting day we had yesterday!

Yesterday was the big day of the Record Breaking giant Victoria Sponge Bake here at Brook. It was a day of fun, laughter and lots of tense moments !

Steve Oxford of Oxfords Bakery baked a Victoria Sponge 5ft in diameter for this years 150th Royal Bath and West show getting through over 50lb of flour and over 600 eggs ! The cake took hours to prepare and was so heavy it needed taking in and out of the Oven with a forklift truck !
