Daub Conveyor Fed Cross Cut Bread Slicer and Packaging Line

A semi-industrial slicing and packing line, offering a conveyor fed Daub Cross Cut Bread Slicer with the addition of a combined semi-automatic packing line, to achieve a reliable complete slicing and packaging solution.

The Daub Cross Cut Bread Slicer range offers a robust slicing solution for various breads including fresh, warm loaves thanks to it’s unique blade configuration. The semi-industrial conveyor-fed cross-slicer is designed for bakeries slicing larger quantities than practical using the retail range.

With a maximum capacity of 1200 loaves per hour, this model features a lateral, variable speed infeed conveyor as well as an additional stainless-steel chute, allowing the user to load a constant feed of loaves for continuous and streamlined slicing.

It comes equipped with a bag-blowing unit for plastic bags as standard, and a variable speed of the double in-feed belts.

The side guides can be adjusted according to the length of the bread and the upper belt according to the height.

After slicing of the bread, a bag blowing device automatically opens the plastic bag and sliced bread is inserted manually in one movement, saving considerable time in the slicing and packing process. From this process, the horizontal conveyor line provides a bag-closing system for clip, clipband or tape closures. Swivel wheels and the compact design make the unit easy to move, so it can be used in various locations. The complete unit of bread slicer, bag blower, conveyor line and bag closing system is with a total footprint of just over 4m² so the ideal compact slicer and packaging solution for any semi-industrial bakery.

Available in four standard thicknesses 10mm, 11mm, 12 and 14mm with others available on request, these slicers feature lightweight stainless-steel internal components that aid longevity as well as provide a smooth and quiet operation.
