Marden's loaders are widely used in diverse bakery settings, including commercial bakeries, artisan bakeries, and industrial bread production facilities. They are particularly beneficial for bakeries with high production volumes or where labour is limited.
These innovative systems seamlessly integrate with various deck ovens to automate the loading and unloading of dough from proofing boards, ensuring consistent product quality and minimising labour requirements.
The loaders precisely position the dough trays within the oven, ensuring even heat distribution and consistent baking results. This precision also helps to prevent product damage during loading and unloading. The loaders can accommodate a wide range of bread types, from baguettes and rolls to hearth bread, ensuring efficient processing of various bread varieties. The loaders automatically lift and lower the dough trays to the desired height, eliminating the need for manual lifting, which can strain workers and increase the risk of injury.
Working with oven depths of 2.8M (110”) or greater and oven door or chamber widths of 1125mm (44.8”) or greater, the Marden has a fully-automatic load, deck selection, deposit and unload with options to pick-up dough alongside of the oven or at rear of loader and deposit bread from the rear of loader overhead or at dump table level.
With a fully programmable PLC-driven loader with touch screen operation and remote programming and diagnosis available, these loading systems represent a significant advancement in bakery automation, transforming the bread-baking process with increased efficiency, consistency, and safety.
