Polin’s Mixer carousel systems offer rotational transportation of mixing bowls within industrial bakeries and factories to various processing areas.This system is composed by one or more mixers, equipped with a wide hole on the bottom of the bowl from which the dough automatically unloads on line, on conveying belts, on a collecting bowl combined with a lifter/dumper or on leavening bowls, according to the kind of product to realize.
This system is suitable for the direct production of dough or for being matched to long leavening systems.
Requirements for purchase
This machine requires a commercial 3 Phase Power Supply.
