The Polin ‘Bakers Table’ processes laminated dough after a pastry sheeter or laminating line or can be fed from a 3 roll sheeter for producing a huge range of products.

The modular system allows configuration of lines from 3m-10m with optional sheeters, calibrators, depositors and auto tray loaders. The integrated automatic tray loader can be used alongside other automated production lines from other manufacturers, allowing the Bakers Table to fit in with greater processing plants.

The intuitive colour touch screen controls make for simple set up and storage of product specifications, eradicating skilled labour. Quickly producing strips or squares with tooling to help create many end products.
