Using a natural leavinging process, it creates quality products using manual, automatic and day by day settings, enabling lower personnel costs and enabling more efficient daytime work planning.

Available with one or two doors and in a range of configurations, the fully stainless-steel model comes with a glass panel to allow direct monitoring of the leavening process.
