The Polin MR Avant is an industrial planetary mixer option, capable of processing high volume mixes with a range of quick and easy tool coupling and interchangeable tools to suit cake, biscuit, creams and batters of all kinds.

The mixer features an airtight bowl closure that achieves pressurised planetary mixing on an industrial level, a bowl scraper to ensures constant quality mixing results as well as a bowl that lifts into mixing position prior to automatic opening at the end of each cycle.

With full stainless-steel construction, these mixers are operated via a 7" touch screen panel to facilitate programmes by time or drawn current.
