Depending on product requirements, they are suitable for either light or heavy use. The build ensures low-level sound output, little ongoing maintenance requirements, and with refined belt transmission, the machines' energy consumption has been reduced and at the same time the performances improved. This Mixer suits our production needs very well and has already helped us increase our capacity by 50%, and is very efficient for the guys in the bakery. We find that it performs very well, it’s a great workhorse and it never lets us down. We are hopeful to replace all our current Hobart mixers with the Polin range in future.
