The Reach Food Systems Ultrasonic cake cutter is at the forefront of slicing technology offering a clean and consistent cut across full trays of product and round cakes.
The cutter is manufactured in stainless-steel with an attractive brushed finish and fits well within production environments.
The Ultrasonic blade vibrates at 30 kHz which prevents product holding to the blade, this makes it the ideal machine for sticky, delicate and difficult to cut products. The unit will cut both savoury and sweet items such as pies, quiches, pizzas, sponges, cakes, cheesecakes, pastries, flapjacks, brownies and many other products whether ambient or frozen and gives each slice a clean fresh cut look.
Both sheet and round products are cut out of the tray or tin and either as single items or in-line.
Maximum blade width is 725mm wide making it the ideal, fast and efficient method of slicing full baking trays of product.
The unit is easy to clean and has been designed with the user in mind.
The HMI touch screen control panel and operating system has been designed to ensure productivity and minimise waste. The interface is operator friendly and provides accuracy of positioning and repeatability. A feature of the control system is the recipe handling system which also calculates yield management making this a very efficient machine to use - with such control over portion size, the facility will see increased quality and labour saving which enhances productivity and profitability.
