Seasons Bakery on the Polin Wood Pellet Oven

The bake quality from our wood pellet oven is fantastic. With our previous ovens, we often had to put them in for longer to ensure a fully bake, but with this oven our bakes are always so consistent and baked perfectly top, bottom and sides. We invested in this purely to save on our energy bills after being told how much our bills were due to increase by, which we simply could not afford, plus we are a green business. If anything I wish I got this years ago.

We replaced our bakery's old oven with a New Polin 12 tray Deck Oven and the bakers are delighted, the decks heating up quickly and keep at a consistent temperature which is amazing. Since using the oven our best selling scones are even better with a remarkable even bake from this oven, we really see a huge difference.

I've been using and recommending the brilliant Rofco B40 Ovens for about 3 years now. Incredibly versatile ovens which product truly professional results, impossible to tell apart from larger deck ovens. Economical to run and perfect for start-up micro-bakeries as well as small cafes and restaurants wanting to bake their own. I bake everything from bread to pastries, cakes and more. Bread source on the Polin Steam Tube Gas Oven

Since our Polin single rack oven was installed, we have used it for all of our Vennoiserie and cakes, resulting in a considerably better flake, consistency and an improved colour. Since we started Bread Source, we have always believed in having the best equipment; and Polin really ticks all of those boxes for us. When it comes to their craftmanship and experience in bakery equipment manufacture, paired with their approach to sustainability.

Our newly installed Rofco has enabled us to bake bigger batches and our aim is to have bigger groups enjoying classes here and for them to enjoy and learn the benefits of a wood oven and a Rofco, the dream pair in our eyes. We hope to expand further in 2019 nd look to use this as a springboard to do so.

This Mixer suits our production needs very well and has already helped us increase our capacity by 50%, and is very efficient for the guys in the bakery. We find that it performs very well, it’s a great workhorse and it never lets us down. We are hopeful to replace all our current Hobart mixers with the Polin range in future.

Maxwell Franks on the Ultrasonic Cake Cutter

We previously used another slicer, similar to a bread slicer that we utilised for our products, but are very thankful to now have the Ultrasonic as this enables us to cut 6 products at a time, so it’s hugely helped us with our production process, as previously we had to do 1 at a time. Investing in the Ultrasonic, has really opened up new streams of business for us, so we are excited to see what the future holds for us.
