Cinnamon Square win our Polin Mixer Competition.

This year our annual equipment giveaway competition saw us receive almost 500 entries this year and the lucky winner was Paul Barker at Cinnamon Square in Rickmansworth.

This year the prize was a brand new Polin 60kg spiral mixer worth nearly £4500. Entrants had to email or apply via Twitter with humorous selfie photos also gaining a double your chances entry !
Last year we gave away a Rofco oven, which was more suited to micro bakeries, but wanted to attract some craft and larger bakeries with this years competition and that certainly was the case.

The winner, Paul said "Never in a million years did I think I'd win and still can't believe it.  I've recently been worried that the mixer I bought second hand when I opened 11 years ago was finally going to give up, so I owe a big thank you to the Brook team"
