A full stainless-steel exterior allows integration into the most sensitive of production environments and a easy to operate 5” touch screen control panel operates standard baking functions including temperature, timer, steam facility and damper operation with storage of up to 100 programs and manual operation.
Automatic start up for daily and weekly schedules ensure greater flexibility within production.
The ovens are designed to achieve a quality and consistent bake with a focus on air circulation regulated for the particular products.
Options include extraction hoods, combined provers and self-cleaning functions.
