Biscuit production

Biscuit production in the semi-industrial to industrial level can be facilitated with different processes including rotary moulding, depositing and wire cut and Polin machinery covers these whilst achieving versatility, accuracy and capacity.

The quality of the equipment and the reliable technology they adapt ensures the process particular to the dough type is consistent and reliable.
With standalone machines for lower production levels and industrial, ‘over belt’ systems for mass production, the process remains the same yet the automation and intervention levels are appropriate.

Rotary moulders can produce various hard dough products from biscuit to pet treats, with a precise drum achieving accuracy, Multihead depositors are used for either soft deposited doughs as well as alongside wire-cut facilities for products such as cookie pucks.

The Polin range feature integrated industrial systems to include Mixing, feeding and baking equipment on automatic production lines from 800 to 1500mm wide.
