Covid-Friendly Baker of the Year Judging
A look in to 2020's process of judging for the Baker of the Year award... the year it's all so different! We set up in our test bakery in Somerset for meetings via Zoom with each of our shortlisted entrants. We spent 3 full days judging and all of our shortlisted entrants sent in their samples for us to try whilst chatting with them. As you can imagine there was a lot of planning involved to ensure the right samples arrived at the right time, ensuring everything was delivered fresh! We had a great time judging and now we're so excited to be moving on to the next stages and looking forward to the awards night next month. Good luck to our finalists!
