Brook Food expands global reach with new site in America
Brook Bake has begun trading from offices in Bethesda, Maryland and joins forces with the other Brook Group companies to offer new and used Bakery Equipment to customers in the States.
As well as access to the used stock from the Somerset-based HQ, Brook Bake will be selling the Polin range of equipment including Ovens, depositors, mixers, Biscuit equipment and more.
Since 1994 Brook Food have been supplying Bakery equipment within the UK and exporting around the world, 2012 saw the opening of the first overseas office, workshops and service Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
Having global outposts allows for quicker lead times and easier access to products for customer’s in the respective regions.
Andy Bray will be heading up the US operation, hugely experienced in bakery and food manufacture, Andy has a wealth of product, production and equipment knowledge.
