DOMINIC SALTER IS BAKER OF THE YEAR 2016

Last night saw this year’s Baking Industry Awards event take place at the Hilton Park Lane in London and the glittering night was topped off with Dominic Salter winning the prestigious Baker of the Year category.

It’s the third year in a row we’ve had the honour of sponsoring and judging this award and this year Dominic showed his drive and determination as well as ingrained talent and inventive approach was enough to take him to glory.

Ann Wells, our Marketing Director awarded Dominic with his trophy alongside former England Rugby legend Matt Dawson.

The night was a huge success that saw many more fantastic bakers awarded and recognised for their talents and products.
